Responsibilities
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other documentation
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, staffing agencies, etc
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated including conducting and coordinating onboarding training, etc
- Offboard resigning employees including conducting an exit interview, etc
- Provide recruiting and manpower headcount reports
- Update Organization charts and seating plans
- Apply for and maintain a Visa such work permit, S Pass, Employment Pass
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Provide administrative support assigned by the supervisor
- Undertake any other HR projects or initiatives
Requirements and skills
- Minimum diploma in HR/Business Admin or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of HR recruitment experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and HR databases
- A working knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
