HR Executive - Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other documentation
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, staffing agencies, etc
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated including conducting and coordinating onboarding training, etc
  • Offboard resigning employees including conducting an exit interview, etc
  • Provide recruiting and manpower headcount reports
  • Update Organization charts and seating plans
  • Apply for and maintain a Visa such work permit, S Pass, Employment Pass
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Provide administrative support assigned by the supervisor
  • Undertake any other HR projects or initiatives

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum diploma in HR/Business Admin or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of HR recruitment experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and HR databases
  • A working knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
