Salary Range: SGD 4000 to 4200

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our church in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, team management, computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all facilities maintenance activities
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff and contractors
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and control facility operating costs
- Oversee building security and access control systems
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Handle emergency response and crisis management situations

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications related to facilities management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
