Job Description / Responsibilities
- Manage project execution with excellence and achieve project KPI’s and scopes
- Support project team execution strategy
- Involvement in the project method of statement and Risk Assessment
- Coordinate all project stakeholders to ensure project deliver according to quality and integrity up to transfer to operations
- Ensure the compliance of the project to company rules and system and to the relevant external rules and regulation
- Close coordination with the project team for drawings from IFA to As-built
- Manage and supervise contractors during project execution.
- Control and lead site safety in accordance to HSE Plan
- Report and update daily progress to Manager / Engineer
- Generate and record meeting of minutes and conduct regular meeting internally and externally
Requirements and skills
- BS Engineering Degree
- Experience with semiconductor project and gas lateral and equipment related project is preferred
- Able to handle highly demand customer
- 3 ~ 4 Years Project Mgt. Experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Demonstrated Safety Focus and Safety Leadership.
