Job Description
- Responsible for full set of accounts, including preparation of management accounts
- Ensure the timely closing of accounts and preparation of consolidation schedules
- Work with stakeholders in other finance functions and Finance Shared Services Centre to prepare financial reporting, tax reporting, statutory reporting and ad-hoc reporting for assigned entities
- Work closely with Finance Business Partners to monitor and manage cash flow, including intercompany loans and working capital requirements
- Support operations by liaising closely with line of businesses
- Support the internal and external audit processes. This may include the engagement of valuation experts where necessary
- Preparation of GST, tax computations and support in clarification of tax queries
- Preparation of statutory financial statements
- Perform finance analysis which includes revenue and expense analysis at cost center level
- Draft paper for proposed accounting treatment where necessary
- Perform compliance checks on internal processes
- Supervise and guide team members
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
Job Requirements
- Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CPA.
- Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Meticulous, committed, independent and good team player with strong analytical skills
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Good excel skills with knowledge of SAP, BPC, Power BI will be an added advantage
