Responsibilities:
- Manage ecommerce store and ensure daily smooth operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to the management team.
- Provide support and training to clients on product offerings and services.
- Resolve client complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in e-commerce/ e-marketplaces operation role
