We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical presales/architect professional. As a solution consultant, you will play a critical role in our presales team, helping to unlock the full capability of the ServiceNow platform for our key customers. You will leverage your functional and technical expertise to build compelling value propositions, solutions, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and programs for our customers. You are expected have an aptitude for problem-solving, creativity and story-telling, in order to show our customers the true power of digital transformation with ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Evangelism: Act as a key technical advisor and product advocate, articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
- Customer Engagement: Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Design and propose innovative solutions leveraging the Now Platform, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive solution delivery.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to sales strategy and drive opportunities from qualification through to close, achieving sales targets.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and provide value to clients.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years of experience in technical presales, with a proven track record of generating new business sales of enterprise-level solutions
- Experience working with low-code application development platforms
- A strong background in application development, including technical skills not limited to: Javascript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Database Management, HTML5, CSS, jQuery
- A solid understanding of integration methods such as SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC
- Any experience in other technologies such as RPA, OCR, Generative AI, Process Mining, etc. is desired
- Experience building CICD practices and source control integrations is a plus
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills, where you will be working with varying personas, from developers to the C-Suite
- A consultative mindset, with a focus on process improvement methodologies
- Above all, outstanding communication, story-telling and presentation skills
