Job Highlights:
Salary: $2800 per month
Contract Duration: 7 months
Working Location: Nearest to Labrador Park MRT
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office hours)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in meeting scheduling and agenda coordination, rooms booking, venue setup and calendar management.
- Support in inventory and asset management
- Support for procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and drafting approvals to purchase goods and services required for the event.
- Assist with research and travel arrangements.
- Coordination across multiple teams to collate information and archive information for event reporting.
- Documentation and support the asset inventory.
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean
- Diploma in any related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in working as a Secretary/ Admin Assistant is advantageous.
