· To work with Production Team to fulfill orders as per business requirements in a timely and professional manner.
· To work with Pastry Chef/Operations Manager to prepare menu presentations, involved in development of new products when necessary.
· Ensuring that proper mise en place are maintained for the kitchen.
· Ensure that all kitchen equipment in your kitchen are cleaned and sanitized, organized and maintained as per standards.
· Ensure proper stock rotations in all areas of the kitchen and minimize wastage.
