- Maintain and update product details, inventory, pricing, and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, and other support functions to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Attend to all incoming inquiries via the company’s e-commerce website, emails, phone, walk-in and other mediums.
- Receive and process orders from multiple e-commerce platforms, company email accounts and phone calls, in a timely manner.
- Ensure all sales related documents are properly received, prepared, and filed.
- Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management perusal.
- Monitor sales trends or customer behavior and suggest alternative sales or promotion strategy where possible/necessary.
- Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiency and where necessary, escalate to management for reporting purpose or further action.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the sales and marketing manager.
