Administrative Assistant

Shinfox Far East Company Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Prepare beverages for guests
  • Make travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, visa applications
  • Handle phone calls and transfers calls to the appropriate person
  • Maintenance of office space, phone lines.
  • Keep stationery inventory
  • Responsible for operating and maintaining office machines, including printers/copiers


Requirements:


  • Min GCE ‘O” Level
  • 4 years of administrative experience
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Posses good communication and written skills
  • Strong phone handling etiquette to respectfully engage with stakeholders and guests.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team orientated environment to accomplish tasks and goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills to relate easily with people of various background and personalities
  • Proficient in MS office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
