Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Prepare beverages for guests
- Make travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, visa applications
- Handle phone calls and transfers calls to the appropriate person
- Maintenance of office space, phone lines.
- Keep stationery inventory
- Responsible for operating and maintaining office machines, including printers/copiers
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O” Level
- 4 years of administrative experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Posses good communication and written skills
- Strong phone handling etiquette to respectfully engage with stakeholders and guests.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team orientated environment to accomplish tasks and goals
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate easily with people of various background and personalities
- Proficient in MS office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
