• Drawing up, coordination, operational performance of purchase contracts with company’s client's entities and third party contracts (service providers);
• Operational performance, coordination, running and supervision of sales contracts for different commodities;
• Drawing up, coordination, running, supervision and improvement of contractual transportation terms and conditions for Asia Pacific and Middle East trading;
• Control and supervision of handling operations of the goods at loading and discharging ports as well as railway transportation to cross-border stations;
• Warehousing, stock levels control and analysis, inventory of the goods;
• Quality control and inspection of the goods;
• Shipping planning and arrangements of sea transportation (vessels’ nominations, fixtures, Charter-Parties, transshipments, post-fixing);
• Planning, control and optimization of transportation costs for Asia Pacific region (r.w. forwarding companies, loading & discharging ports, shipowners, survey, insurance);
• Analytical reports to management about transportation and handling costs
Candidate’s profile:
Profound experience in international trading and logistics;
Knowledge of international purchase and sales contracts;
Experience in bulk cargoes logistics & transportation, both seaborne and railway;
Good business knowledge of English, both written and verbal;
Good communication skills and ability to cope with crisis situations;
Accuracy, time management, strong analytical skills;
