Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital, offline, and social platforms to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Effectively project manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting on return on investment.
- Conduct research on market trends, opportunities, competitors, and target customers to inform future value propositions and marketing strategies.
- Strategize and create engaging content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop creative assets such as photography, gifs, short videos, stickers, and stories to enhance brand presence and drive consumer interaction.
- Design promotional materials to support marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts, including content creation, engagement with consumers, and promotion of company initiatives.
- Respond to consumer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive brand image across digital communication channels.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience
- Prior working experience in Automotive industry would be an added advantage
