Responsibilities:
- Handling customer order process.
- Provide quality customer service support to customers over e-mail and phone.
- Manage the customer enquiries or issue with monitor and reply on email correspondence.
- Able to check all the information of documents like receipts, amounts and records all are tally and correct.
- Able to handle all customer incoming enquiries
- Able to handle daily sales order
- Communicate with other departments to fulfil customer's order
- Able to perform allocation of stocks and arrangement delivery for customers’ orders
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent in communication skills, good personality
- Experience in SAP or HANA
- Experience in Manufacturing/ Service Centre industry is an advantage.
