Responsibilities:
- Leader of technical department to manage design consultant and cross department coordination.
- Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating technical assignments.
- Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering.
- Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of organization
- Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this lever usually requires extensive progressive experience.
- Manages the technical department staff including C&S, Architectural, M&E and BIM with assistance of Archi and M&E Coordination Manager
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the construction industry (design) or related field.
