Main Accountability
- Take leadership in the creation and execution of marketing and brand strategies/plans for product categories assigned, driving achievement of the company’s overall business objectives in the Singapore Business Unit.
Product Management
- Full spectrum of product management responsibilities; Consumer insights, New Products Development, as well as developing Go-to-Market Strategies to achieve the company’s business objectives.
- Constantly review and analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate product performance and provide recommendation to increase sales and market shares.
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Operations, Finance, Corporate Planning, Research & Development, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Creative and Digital agencies) to develop top strategies for your product categories’ success.
Product Innovation / Project Management
- Initiate regional new product development plans and renewal of existing products by collaborating with cross-functional teams in global and regional offices.
- Develop a road map of products for assigned product categories.
- Plan and conduct relevant consumer insights study; integrate into new product development to create winning product concepts.
- Analyze industry, market and competitive data to improve product features for new and/or existing services to ensure market competitiveness and product relevance.
Marketing Communication
- Engage with creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to develop regional communication toolkits to support new product launches (including copy, print, digital banners, videos, in-store activation, demos, etc).
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in business-related function
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in brand/product management, preferably from FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills to help drive business and innovation plan forward
- Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints
