Responsibilities:
- Creating estimations for accident repair and offer supplemental estimates as needed.
- Assist and guide with reference to vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Perform troubleshooting of vehicle faults and issues.
- Compile the clients’ feedback and ensure to provide a positive reviews.
- Perform a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection prior to vehicle handover to ensure its condition.
- Create a timetable for servicing.
- Ensure to prepare the job card, providing daily report and job quotations.
- Support OIC in responding to the needs and requests of the customers.
- Provide an update maintenance record book.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in or Diploma related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a Customer Service position in a Similar field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
