Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Executive (Project Analyst) to provide support in planning, scheduling, procurement, and all the execution and tracking related activities involving Digital projects within the organization.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project support analyst / co-ordinator related to Engineering and / or Software Development related Projects;
- Good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross functional teams;
- Maintain strong communication, interactions and has good time management skills;
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Detail-oriented and enjoy working independently;
- Comfortable with O365 tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint;
- Skilled at problem solving, planning, and organizing;
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
Desired Skill-set
- Agile or PMP certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and within the Project teams, ensuring project deliverables meet corporate quality standards;
- Assist to support project activities, assessments, reviews and participate in status meeting;
- Manage the Project document register and Statement of Account;
- Support Project Managers in budgeting, expense tracking and cost management;
- Manage the Financial Reconciliation and finance related process (billing, asset management, procurement, job posting, resource onboarding/off-boarding);
- Facilitate and Support the Business Offices (cadences/meetings, strategy planning, reports, management presentations);
- Work with Project Manager to ensure smooth and timely reporting, presentation and/or analysis;
- Provide overall project progress and status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio;
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
