Job Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales operations for commercial vehicles, forklifts and other company products.
- Manage workshop operating cost, profit & loss.
- Ensure optimum manpower allocation.
- Responsible for ensuring daily work processes in service department are well maintained which includes the workshop diagnosis network, software and equipment to meet the requirement.
- Ensure vehicle/equipment service schedule up to date.
- Ensure on-time schedule of vehicle/equipment repair.
- Coordinate between sales, service and admin department.
- Liaise with various departments and customer for arrangement of vehicle/equipment delivery
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in Automotive/Machinery or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years work experience in related field.
