Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, enhancing, and executing (as needed) all aspects of Human Resource (HR) operations within the Company.
- Recruitment and Selection
- Handling of Onboarding and Orientation of New Staff
- Management of Welfare, Compensation, and Benefits for employee
- Manage payroll processing
- Handling Employee Relations
- Implementing Performance Management practices
- Facilitating Training and Development initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years of HR Leadership experience
- Working experience in the Property/ real estate industry will be an advantage
- Experience worked in listed company will be an advantage
