· Position: Admin Assistant (FULL Training Provided)
· Location: Pandan Road
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,700 + Performance bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Process employees' payroll using Times Software
· Prepare bank files for submission, prepare CPF and IRAS submission
· Assist with recruitment, interviewing candidates & following up on the hiring process
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role would be preferable
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Training is provided for inexperienced candidates
