Responsibilities:

  • Advertise job openings.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and conduct interviews for various positions.
  • Ensure all necessary applicant documents are collected.
  • Onboarding of New Staff and Offboarding of Resigned Staff
  • Ensure all preparations are completed prior to new employees' start dates.
  • Oversee the departure process for employees who resign.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and punctuality records.
  • Process leave requests promptly through the designated system.
  • Payroll Preparation
  • Verify temporary staff timesheets.
  • Process overtime, time-off, and other claims.
  • Administration of Welfare and Benefit Schemes.
  • Organizing and Coordinating Training Activities:
  • Update training documentation.
  • Ensure training sessions run smoothly.
  • Providing Administrative Support:
  • Assist with HR automation projects.
  • Input staff data into the HR system.
  • Organize and manage HR files and documents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 2 years of HR experience
  • Able to work independently
