Responsibilities:
- Advertise job openings.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and conduct interviews for various positions.
- Ensure all necessary applicant documents are collected.
- Onboarding of New Staff and Offboarding of Resigned Staff
- Ensure all preparations are completed prior to new employees' start dates.
- Oversee the departure process for employees who resign.
- Maintain accurate attendance and punctuality records.
- Process leave requests promptly through the designated system.
- Payroll Preparation
- Verify temporary staff timesheets.
- Process overtime, time-off, and other claims.
- Administration of Welfare and Benefit Schemes.
- Organizing and Coordinating Training Activities:
- Update training documentation.
- Ensure training sessions run smoothly.
- Providing Administrative Support:
- Assist with HR automation projects.
- Input staff data into the HR system.
- Organize and manage HR files and documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Able to work independently
