Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform to drive sales and enhance customer experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in shaping our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management.
- Provide end to end solution comprising of order management, Seller center management, fulfilment and coordinate last mile services.
- Implement strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provide good customer service, after-sales service and handling of enquiries on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, websites etc).
- Work closely with warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns.
- Manage pricing and promotional budgets as deployed by the Principles.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Be involved in occasional events and execute any ad-hoc projects given by superior.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in an e-commerce operations role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee and Lazada.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
