About the role
We are looking for a HR Administrator who will be responsible for:
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, e.g. contracts, onboarding, offboarding, probation/confirmation, contract renewal, transfers, promotions, letters, benefits administration, work permit
- Partner with HR stakeholders in the execution of global HR programs in APAC, e.g. performance reviews, annual salary reviews, talent management
- Manage and update employee data; validate employee self-service data entry prior to system upload where applicable
- Maintain electronic and/or physical employee files
- Manage online publications of HR communications, policies, and programs
- Coordinate delivery of standard reports
- Collate and provide payroll-related information and instructions to Payroll team for processing
- Ensure compliance to local legislation
- Update policies and processes in accordance with changes in legislation
- Support service area data and compliance audits
- Complete government surveys based on statutory requirements
- Raise PO (purchase order) and process GR (goods received) / IR (invoice received) for payment
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and responsibilities
- Promote positive and dedicated attitude and spirit of teaming across different teams and levels
- Provide guidance and support to fellow team members
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or HR
- Minimum 5 years experience in Administration coordination and General HR
- Well verse with local labour law, work pass application and payroll
- Able to be based out of our manufacturing facility (in Pioneer) and Technology Centre (Kent Ridge) and Headquarter (Harbourfront)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel - Vl ookup, pivot table etc) and experience using Workday
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
