Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all project activities, lead the team from the proposal until the handover stage.
- Ensuring projects are within the budget and delivered in a timely manner.
- Complete all shop drawings and submission to client in coordinating with the drafting department.
- Monitors all facets of QA/QC issues and keeps track of all errors and make sure the documentation is accurate.
- In-charge of compiling, preparing, and indicating to the record any VO work.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- O Level, Primary/Secondary School, Diploma or Bachelor’s Graduate
- Experience working as a project management in Construction.
- Understanding with Construction or managing staff.
