We are currently hiring for the position of HR Assistant Manager / Manager to oversee the human resources functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and fostering a positive work culture.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process
· Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
· Oversee performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
· Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations.
· Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date with best practices and legal requirements.
· Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
· Maintain HR records and produce reports as required by management.
· Assist in all other ad-hoc HR related duties.
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business administration or equivalent.
· At least 5 years working experiences in HR field.
· Strong knowledge of employment regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain the confidentiality.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and payroll software.
