Working hours: 8:45 am to 5:30 pm (One-hour lunch break)
Salary: $4,500
Job Type: 12 Months Contract
- Arrange duty visits, meetings, etc., for senior officer
- Organize events like business forums, seminars, webinars, luncheons, and dinners for senior officers
- Prepare meeting materials for senior officers
- Conduct research and monitor major political and socio-economic developments in relevant countries
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 1 year of working experience
- Excellent communication skills in bilingual languages.
- Detail-oriented, ability to display strong teamwork, self-motivated, hardworking and honest
- Able to work under tight deadlines;
- Able to start work immediately
