Strategic Project Manager

The Strategic Project Manager at Rxilient will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO by coordinating and managing strategic projects across the organization. This position focuses on enhancing project management practices and aligning project deliverables with the company's strategic goals.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and various project leads to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Support the CEO in setting project priorities, allocating resources, and directing strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of strategic projects, ensuring they align with Rxilient’s objectives and strategic vision.
  • Facilitate the preparation of project documentation and presentations for strategic decision-making , executive meetings and communication, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the CEO on project progress and critical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary project inputs and ensure cross-departmental alignment and integration.
  • Implement and refine project management tools and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Science, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
  • Proven strategic thinking ability, with a track record of making sound project decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential for interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners and effectively communicating with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain sharp attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in project management skills, including thorough knowledge of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Regular business travel
  • Experienced candidate may consider offer as Head of PMO. The position does not involve leading a team, focusing instead on individual contributions and project management.
