We are expanding our team and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a difference by delivering the best customer service we can offer to our clients.
· Engage with current and new clients via email, WhatsApp and social media on a daily basis.
· Interact with clients in-store and assist them with order placements and enquiries.
· Manage orders placed by clients on our website.
· Assist marketing with ideas on new and exciting lead-generating campaigns.
· Curate promos and deals to attract new customers and increase engagement.
· Manage customer feedback and issues with service recovery.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years experience in customer service industry
· Strong communication skills
· Good at multi-tasking
· Well-organised with good time management
· Personable and professional
· Work well in a team environment
