- Position : Admin (Car Loan Documentation/Processing - Automobile/Automotive Industry)
- Location : Sin Ming Dr
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle loans documentation for block discounting and other finance facilities
- Ensure accurate and timely creation, monitoring and maintenance of loan and facility records
- Assist with preparation of facility reports
- Liaise with internal and external parties for processing and verification of loans documentation, facility drawdown and redemption requests
- Assist with other administrative functions as and when required
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Banking & Finance, or related discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in loans documentation
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge and be sensitive with numbers
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
