Responsibilities:
· NAS back-up and Acronis cloud back-up
· Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint
· Hardware and software application support
· Network / server infrastructure maintenance
· Troubleshoot network / servers / security related issues
· Participating IT projects, infrastructure upgrade
· Assist in IT-related audit
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer related
· At least 3 years’ relevant experiences in the followings: servers maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure maintenance, firewall configuration, cloud backup, VMWare, VPN maintenance, SDWAN, Layer 3 switches, Load balancing
· Experienced in Business continuity (BCP), server and network security
· Knowledge of Linux, MS SQL or any Database
· Team Viewer Remote Support
· Experienced in first level ERP system support will be added advantage
· Good interpersonal skills
