Job Summary
As the Integration Manager, you will be responsible for driving the seamless end-to-end integration of various components within the Traffic Management System.
This includes overseeing the integration of both hardware and software elements, ensuring that they function cohesively.
Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and various business stakeholders to ensure successful integration across all systems.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology & Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system (include cloud) integration and interface (e.g. iOT devices) integration;
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a technical lead and system architect;
- Solid understanding of Server-side, .Net and/or Java development, Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), web service and APIs;
- Extensive experience in designing, developing and deploying large, scalable interface related applications
- Familiarity with testing tools and techniques for interface validation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross-organizational teams;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of both independent work and effective collaboration;
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate architecture methods, concepts, standards and policies.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience in infrastructure projects or transportation industry projects;
- Knowledge in areas of cloud deployment/services and data analytics/algorithms;
- Knowledge of sensors and any data acquisition systems;
Responsibilities
- Spearhead coordination sessions with project teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to delineate technical requisites and interface specifications for integration;
- Foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of interface requirements and implementation approaches;
- Craft and oversee a comprehensive project timeline detailing crucial milestones related to system integration;
- Guarantee the seamless assimilation of diverse systems and sensors, encompassing both software and hardware components;
- Work closely with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to establish precise expectations and deliverables;
- Direct the testing phase to validate system specifications and ensure seamless interface functionality;
- Perform exhaustive testing and validation of interfaces to verify their compatibility, reliability, and performance;
- Track project progress meticulously and deliver periodic updates to all relevant stakeholders;
- Document interface specifications, test protocols, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer;
- Strategize and manage system migration to execute enhancements and replacements seamlessly.
