Provide logistic and administrative support in CYC's retail store located at Capitol Singapore.
- process order forms bound for the workshop
- check and receive merchandise
- arrange merchandise in storeroom
- process online inventory
- manage whatsapp communication with customers
- notify customers of items ready for collection / fitting daily
- check on orders in storeroom and send reminders to customers whose orders have lapsed for more than 1 month
- answering phone calls
- scan and digitize order forms
You will be supporting the sales team and are expected to be meticulous with the administrative tasks and be a good organiser.
Working hours: Mon to Friday 11 am to 3 pm
Annual leave: 3 days a year
