Responsibilities:
- Actively source and attract healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Conduct screenings, preliminary interviews, and assessments to identify the right candidates for clients’ needs.
- Prepare candidates for interviews with clients and provide post-interview feedback.
