Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the customers and other departments, attend clients’ complaints.
- Gather and assess client requirements; create internal requirements for R&D and other departments. Manage project lifecycle from client testing to trial production.
- Prioritize UICC profile validation and homologation with MNOs.
- Provide solutions to resolve the issues by coordinating with sales and other internal departments.
- Carry out technical support, including preparing tender documents and presentation of the products and solutions.
- Collaborate with the product manager to provide appropriate project solutions.
- Conduct regular visits to the customer and foster customer relationships.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Prior working experience in Sim Card in Telecom Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UICC/Euicc, 3GPP/ETS/GSMA standards with LTE/3G/4G/5G networks.
- Knowledge of EMV standard and payment card (Visa/UPI/Mastercard) is an advantage.
- Proficient with MS Office Applications.
