Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for assigned vessels.
- Manage vessel maintenance and promptly resolve defects to prevent downtime.
- Optimize vessel performance and operational efficiency through effective management.
- Organize ship schedules, conduct regular ship visits, and evaluate chief engineer performance.
- Close out audited non-conformances and observations to maintain compliance.
- Plan and attend ship periodic and occasional docking and assist in incident investigation.
- Provide feedback during company scheduled meetings and participate in audits and inspections.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- With Nitec or Diploma in Marine or Maritime related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge with MS Office Applications.
