Admin Assistant

Responsibilities


We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of Administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant need to assist and ensure prompt submission of reports to relevant departments.



Requirements


  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Meticulous
  • Fluent in English, which includes the ability to read and write
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced envoirnment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel

Working hours : Monday-Friday 7.45am to 4.45pm.


Transport provided at designated areas.
