Responsibilities:
- Attend job-related meetings, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with authorities' inspections.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Maintain adherence to ISO standards for quality compliance, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a post-graduate qualification recognized by a professional body.
- Possess more than 8 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm, with a preference for candidates with a Professional Engineer qualification.
- Experienced candidates with the potential for technical directorship will be highly considered.
