We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated personnel to join our team. This role requires a passion for events, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to commit long hours (which will be compensated well) during the event period to ensure its success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience preferably in the Construction industry
- Strong team leadership skills
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive work attitude
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- Must be able to commit long working hours during event period
