- Manage day-to-day activities of a team of packers to meet customer fulfillment and delivery.
- Periodize the orders and ensure sufficient manpower for sorting and packing.
- Plan overtime.
- Ensure FIFO.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of packing.
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Ensure employees follow the company’s SOP / procedures.
- Drive continues improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree education.
- Experience in leading a team of more than 30.
- Experience in food industry / grocery / frozen / beverages etc
