Job Scope:
- Assist in production planning to ensure on-time delivery to Customers
- Manage work orders using ERP system
- Release and reschedule work orders
- Perform work order variance analysis
- Review MRP execution and ensure accuracy of information
- Perform regular system maintenance and audits to ensure system accuracy
- Responsible for monitoring stock inventory level and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
- Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production level
- Manage deadlines based on project expectations
- Liaise closely with Purchasing Team, Sales Team and Production Team
- Set goals for Purchasing Team and Production Team
- Supervise Production Schedule closely
- Detect and resolve issues when they arise
- Create status and performance report for Management review
Trait, Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in any administration/management field
- At least 2 years of working experience in production planning in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry
- Possess knowledge on ERP system, purchasing and supply chain
- Possess knowledge of MRP
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Good at analysing, problem solving, negotiating and communicating
