Responsibilities:
- In-charge of the tender and quotation to support the project team.
- Carry out preparing the schedule for door and ironmongery.
- Ensuring the quantity of bill is updated.
- Provide support in preparing project scheduling and mockup requirements.
- Ensuring to coordinate with the project with the Architect, Main Contractor, and the Subcontractor
- Ensuring the project progress is in accordance with the timeframe and master program.
- Manage to coordinate the material delivery status, production status, and site installation progress.
- Manage to coordinate sample and finish approval for controlled.
- Completed progress will be updated weekly.
- In charge of drafting and drawing preparation.
- Keep drawing and proposal drawings adhere to specifications and confidentiality.
- Construction document filing and recording of drawings and production transmittal
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architectural or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience with AUTOCAD and BIM.
