To support change implementation (includes system patching and upgrades, configuration changes and enhancement etc), and service request.
To support incident management and handle escalation from L1 engineers.
To maintain and update operational documentation, if required.
To support problem management.
Deploy and manage cloud-based workloads, security and compliance controls.
Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement.
Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively.
Provide project documentation and reports.
Diagnose and rectify technical issue.
Requirements:
Have at least 2 year of AWS cloud experience
Diploma/ Degree or its equivalent with proven technical knowledge and expertis
AWS cloud certification will be advantageous
