Job Description
- Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration;
- Recruitment and selection process, posting of advertisements, shortlisting, arranging of interviews;
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files;
- Performing general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation;
- Identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal and regular consultation with department heads.
- Resolving employee grievances, disciplining and counselling employees and supervisors
- Administration of company insurance and license and medical insurance claims
- Process resignation, computation of leave balance and preparation of acceptance of letters to exit clearance
- Process dental and medical insurance claims; liaise with insurance company on claim issues
- Manage all regulatory legislations and communicate with the authorities;
- Attend to Governmental Agencies survey, e.g., MOM HR survey, BCA, etc.
- Handle worker's accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in & out and all related matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Construction industry & handle migrant workers advantageous
- Possess high interpersonal and good communication skills
- Preferably with knowledge of Info-tech HR Cloud Software
- Have initiative and able to work well under tight candidate with minimum supervision
- Must be sensitive to confidential information and is discreet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
