Brief Summary
- Regional hospitality owner and operator with a sizeable overseas network.

Responsibilities:
- Handle local and international travel agents and wholesalers with individual and group travel potential for the hotel.
- Establish new accounts and also develop relationship with travel agents and wholesalers.
- Work closely with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing to understand hotel business strategies before formulating and executing the action plans to meet targets and goals.
- Day-to-day sales activities include sales calls, follow up on contracting and group enquiries, hotel visits, entertainment, etc.
- Participate in adhoc or promotional agent and hotel activities.
- Handle travel agent enquiries / group leads / series groups and follow through by managing communication within the hotel and with the travel agents and wholesalers.
- Provide timely responses and communication.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that we deliver the best to our guests and the revenue team to optimize the rates to the hotel.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
