Responsibilities:
- Identify organizational purchasing needs.
- Research, select, and procure quality products and materials.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, MOQs, and delivery timelines.
- Process requisitions and provide order status updates to management.
- Determine retail pricing and analyze profit margins.
- Analyze buying trends and understand the target market.
- Maintain and forecast inventory levels, updating as necessary.
- Coordinate transportation and track orders for timely delivery.
- Monitor product quality and expiry, escalating discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve goals.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Posses Diploma in Business or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience within the F&B FMCG environment would be an added avantaged
