Responsibilities:
- Involve in sales and design activities for residential projects.
- Visit job sites to analyse space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space.
- Attend client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colours and formulate design plans that best suit client's requirement.
- Work with our in-house Drafter on design drawings based on client requirements and space availability and present to client.
- Process and create quotation for the works required.
- Negotiate/Close deals to maximize sales volume.
- Build strong clientele relationships and provide customer service and support.
- Assist clients on the selection of materials and equipment to the best suitability and budget.
- Liaise with Project Coordinators to ensure work progress adheres to design and requirements.
- Follow up and keep everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in revelant disciplines, and bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to conceptualize, illustrate and perform presentation on design proposals.
- Possess knowledge of aspects of interior design from inception to completion.
- Positive working attitude, good communication skills, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Attention to details, pocesses the ability to multi-task and work under timeline.
We also welcome applicants with no relevant experience to start of with being Junior Sales Assistant.
The main responsibilities will be :
- Create and amend quotations. (able to read well in hand-written notes)
- Send quotations to designated clients according to stimulated timeline.
- Prepare and print documents for meetings.
- Prepare, organise, and keep track of samples.
- Assist clients on the selection of materials (might need to be present in meetings if required).
- Handle general administrative work, enquiries, and phone calls.
- Data entry and filing.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned in office or at sites.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least O levels or higher, and bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Positive working attitude, good communication skills, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Attention to details, pocesses the ability to multi-task and work under timeline.
