*Please note that you will be required to work in 2 different locations - Bras Basah and Jurong East.
- Support the Corporate SME + Enterprise Sales Teams’ in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Provide customer service by managing enquiries from internal and external mailboxes
- Help troubleshoot problems with customers’ registrations, customers’ accounts and billing issues.
- Support the Finance and Sales Team to follow-up on corporate customers’ outstanding payments.
- Corporate registration of courses and send confirmation letter to companies.
- Check registration forms for courses before registration.
- Submit invoices to companies for billing
- Submit manual billing for exam fees / transfer fees and generate credit notes to cancel invoice and refund.
- Transfer trainees for rescheduled course dates, replacements, and cancellation requests from trainees.
- Update trainee details in Training Management System.
- Prepare and send scheduled and/or ad-hoc post-reg reports/requests to customers.
- Act on all necessary tasks to fulfil accurate and complete assigned corporate pre- and post-registrations duties; including but not limited to the tasks mentioned above.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Good time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
