Job Description: Operations Support Officer

Location: 20 Dunman Lane, Singapore 439272

Contract Duration: July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (with a 0.5hr lunch break)
• Fridays: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm (with a 0.5hr lunch break)
• No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Compensation with off-in-lieu for work beyond regular hours or days.

Scope of Services:

1. Provide cleaning services.
2. Offer logistics support for school events (e.g., moving and arranging tables and chairs).
3. Close the school premises and ensure facilities' safety and security.
4. Supervise and accompany term contractors during facilities management services.
5. Monitor cleaning and toilet supplies, reporting to Operations Manager for replenishment.
6. Perform administrative tasks to assist the Operations Manager (e.g., receiving and inspecting goods, compiling delivery orders).
7. Report building faults to Operations Manager.
8. Undertake any other operational support duties as assigned by the Authority.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. At least a Primary 6 local school education or equivalent.
2. Preferably experienced in providing cleaning services.
3. Preferably experienced in customer-service related roles.
4. Physically able to provide logistics support for school events.
5. Proficient in using WhatsApp Messenger or equivalent for reporting building faults via photos.
