Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating ingenuity in seeking out new opportunities for project sales and meeting predefined sales objectives.
- Pursue new clientele through methods such as cold-calling and other strategies.
- Participating in client meetings to identify their interior design preferences and necessities.
- Collaborate with the Design Division to align with client specifications and design visions.
- Carry our in preparing contracts, project timelines, submissions, and pertinent paperwork.
- Engaging in project oversight, including coordinating activities with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project timelines.
Requirements:
- With 2 years Sales experience in Interior Fit-Outs for Retail, Office, and Residential sectors.
- Prior experience in Corporate Sales
- Strong knowledge in Interior Design/Fit-Out
