Work Location: Clarke Quay
Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours
Monthly Salary: up to $2,000 + Completion Bonus
Contract Duration: 8 Months Contract
Job Scope:
- Processing hardcopy GIRO application forms
- Identifying complete forms
- Data entry
- Scanning of forms
- Filing
- Update of various files in shared drive
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. (Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access will be assessed favourably.)
- Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
